Categorizing the services provided by MLGP isn’t black and white. These categories of services we offer are rarely mutually exclusive. For the majority of our clients, the nature of our agreement begins from the standpoint of a General Contractor, a Construction Manager, or projects related to Golf. General Construction
Congratulations on your new build! There is a lot of work to be done and no shortage of construction companies who say they can “do it all.” Choosing the right company to serve you can be stressful and overwhelming.

Preconstruction Services
Clients in the construction industry need a good steward – in every successful project, that stewardship is composed of several stakeholders within the project – architects, engineers, consultants, owner representation, trade partners, and general contractors. MLGP has found that the earlier the General Contractor is engaged and a part of the Preconstruction team and process, the more long term benefit is realized for the project.
From inception to conclusion, MLGP’s Pre-Construction team will ensure overall forecasting, coordination, and scheduling will result in our client’s project meeting budget, deadline, and quality. Due to our team’s multitude of previous experiences as General Contractors, Architects, and design professionals, our pre-con work with the project’s design professionals helps establish and maintain proper balance between quality, budget, and schedule. Our knowledge of the entire process, from Pre-Construction through Substantial Completion, along with our relationships with our community of trade partners, ensure that we successfully lead in navigating the project through the Pre-Construction process with the ultimate goal of seamlessly transitioning into Construction and eventual completion of a successful project.
Golf
Each golf facility is unique. Designing, building and managing these special projects takes a high level of refinement, an understanding of that particular club’s culture, and an extra measure of customer service. Managing these specialized projects also means leading and coordinating the membership, the ownership, the architects, the consultants, the contractors, and the local municipalities through the project’s duration. We love working with golf facilities and their special projects. They are challenging and thus rewarding.
Multi Family:
MLGP Multi-Family was created to meet increasing demand for this specialized, dynamic and evolving Texas market. We have the capability and diversity to work within a wide range of project scale, budgets, and complexities within the Multi-Family market.
